An email in a customer VEND record is used to initially create a Thirdshelf account with a link to the VEND account. Once established, customer information can be edited in VEND – names, phone numbers, even email address can be changed. The VEND account and the Thirdshelf account will always be linked.
To add a customer to the Loyalty Program click on the Thirdshelf Button when the customer record is on a receipt.
