INSTRUCTIONS:
1.Load a large flat brush with old yeller.  Being careful to use consistent brush strokes
spread the paint across the plate from one side to the other. Try to not stop and start
brush strokes right in the middle of the plate. Make sure the paint extends fully from
one side of the rim to the other. Give the first coat a minuet to dry then apply a second
using the same brush strokes.

2.At the top and bottom of the plate spread one coat of pumpkin pie.

3.Using the Arizona Sun and Orange crush add touches of color over the pumpkin pie.
Again making sure your brush strokes are horizontal. Making sure to leave a brighter
section towards the lower middle of the plate. Add a bit of both colors to the brighter
center of the piece

4. Apply a coat of smiley face across this brighter section. Add a few yellow touches of
paint over the orange colors to blend.

5.Following our trace and transfer technique (directions in studio) trace your desired
image on to the center of the plate.

6.Using the Black Lab fill in your design with 3- 4 solid coats of paint.

Rim

1.Pour the Black lab onto the back of a palate.

2 Use the flat side of the sponge lightly dab around the rim creating a lightly sponged
look. Add two more coats of the black to the very edge of the rim.
