Your Choice!
The bubble technique produces a very organic and interesting background. The colors will be soft in
some areas and brilliant in others. If you decide to use more than one color, use only one color at a time.
Kids love this technique because it is interactive and of course they always love to blow bubbles.

1. Pour some color into a shallow plastic cup. Add water to thin color to a milk-like consistency.

2. Add 1 drop of liquid soap. Mix together.

3. Using a drinking straw, blow air into mixture to create bubbles. Build up bubbles until they are almost
pouring out of cup.

4. Lower your bisque into mixture and bubbles will begin to pop right onto pottery. This creates multiple
layers of colors in delicate circular patterns.

5. Repeat as many times as you need to get full coverage on bisque.
